Start Epiphany with a golden, homemade King cake: a festive classic that brings warmth to every home. Crafted with rich almond filling and crisp puff pastry, it's the perfect seasonal baking moment!
Ingredients:
2 puff pastry sheets
140g of almond powder
100g of sugar
75g of melted butter
2 eggs
Directions:
Step 1: Mix the almond powder, the butter, the sugar, and the eggs.
Step 2: In a pie tin, use a sheet of MyBaking by MyFibres to spread out a puff pastry sheet.
Step 3: Make small holes in it with a fork.
Step 4: Add the mixture, and add the trinket!
Step 5: Cover with the other puff pastry sheet.
Step 6: You can draw lines with a knife.
