Start Epiphany with a golden, homemade King cake: a festive classic that brings warmth to every home. Crafted with rich almond filling and crisp puff pastry, it's the perfect seasonal baking moment!


Homemade Epiphany Cake Recipe with MyFibres.

Ingredients:


  • 2 puff pastry sheets

  • 140g of almond powder

  • 100g of sugar

  • 75g of melted butter

  • 2 eggs


Directions:


  • Step 1: Mix the almond powder, the butter, the sugar, and the eggs.

  • Step 2: In a pie tin, use a sheet of MyBaking by MyFibres to spread out a puff pastry sheet.

  • Step 3: Make small holes in it with a fork.

  • Step 4: Add the mixture, and add the trinket!

  • Step 5: Cover with the other puff pastry sheet.

  • Step 6: You can draw lines with a knife.
