Quiche Lorraine Recipe - MyFibres

Here is a French traditional dish, very easy to bake and that you can enjoy with your loved ones! Follow the step for a perfectly soft and warm Quiche Lorraine.



Ingredients:


  • A shortcrust pastry

  • 20cl of milk

  • 20cl of fresh cream

  • 3 eggs

  • 180g cooked bacon bits


Directions:


  • Step 1: Use MyBaking to line your pie dish.

  • Step 2: Open your shortcrust pastry and prick it with a fork.

  • Step 3: Mix the milk, the fresh cream, and the eggs together.

  • Step 4: Add the bacon (has to be cooked before!).

  • Step 5: Pour the mixture onto the shortcrust pastry.

  • Step 6: Bake at 180°C for 45 minutes.
