Here is a French traditional dish, very easy to bake and that you can enjoy with your loved ones! Follow the step for a perfectly soft and warm Quiche Lorraine.
Ingredients:
A shortcrust pastry
20cl of milk
20cl of fresh cream
3 eggs
180g cooked bacon bits
Directions:
Step 1: Use MyBaking to line your pie dish.
Step 2: Open your shortcrust pastry and prick it with a fork.
Step 3: Mix the milk, the fresh cream, and the eggs together.
Step 4: Add the bacon (has to be cooked before!).
Step 5: Pour the mixture onto the shortcrust pastry.
Step 6: Bake at 180°C for 45 minutes.
