Discover our brand new recipe of Potato Egg Nests, made using MyBaking by MyFibres! Perfect for brunch, an easy meal or a protein-packed snack!
Ingredients:
600g of potatoes
5 eggs
20g of flour
Grated cheese
Seasonings
Directions:
Step 1: Peel and cut the potatoes.
Step 2: Cook them in boiling water for around 50 minutes.
Step 3: Mash the cooked potatoes.
Step 4: Mix the potatoes with one egg and the flour.
Step 5: Use MyBaking by MyFibres to line your cooktop.
Step 6: Form small balls with the mixture.
Step 7: Make a hollow in the center using a glass.
Step 8: Add grated cheese.
Step 9: Bake at 180°C for 25 minutes.
Step 10: Add one egg in each hollow.
Step 11: Bake again at 180°C for 5 minutes.
